A food truck can be fully licensed in one city and still be missing a location approval, fire inspection, tax registration, commissary record, or event document in the next. The food truck paperwork owners actually need
The names change by city, but most food trucks run into the same five layers. This is the structure we use when building city pages and the checklist inside the software.
Health
Mobile food facility, food cart, mobile vendor, or public health permit.
Fire
Propane, generator, suppression, open flame, and event safety checks.
Tax
Seller's permit, sales tax, TPT, business tax, or local food and beverage tax.
Support
Commissary, restroom agreement, wastewater, storage, route sheet, and menu.
Location
Private property, street vending, lottery spots, parks, events, and zoning.
